I’ve been in my apartment for 3 years now & never took advantage of the carpet cleaning they offer @ lease renewal time (the apartments treat us tenants well, why take advantage of such freebies?) Dear Sirs,Last week I had Steam-a-way come and clean the carpet in our home.  For years I’ve rented a familiar carpet cleaning unit from a local retail outlet and cleaned the carpets myself.  However, because of a recent back surgery, I’m not allowed to lift over fifteen pounds and so I decided to hire someone.  I searched the internet and found an advertisement for your company and was impressed that this was a local company with many years of service in the Omaha and Lincoln area.  I called and was not only treated professionally and courteously, but was able to schedule a time for the following day.

The work that was done was amazing!  They were done with three rooms, a hallway and twelve stairs in just over one hour and the carpet has been given new life!  Cam and his assistant were professionals in every way, were friendly and gave me a great price!

I highly recommend Steam-a-Way!  Their excellent work has convinces me to never rent a home unit again!
